Pulmuone Foods USA is seeking a Category Manager who is bilingual in Korean. This role is responsible for developing and executing short-term and long-term category strategies for Asian FRM and K-Snacks in US and global markets (Canada and Europe) across all channels: Club, Retail, and Food Services. The Category Manager will maintain a strategic multi-year plan and roadmap to support category growth and profitability targets, deliver compelling product/category messaging and positioning, and manage products by closely monitoring and analyzing sales volumes, market share trends, and competitive activities based on consumer and product knowledge and insight. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders in Sales, SCM, R&D, and Operations for product innovation, planning, commercial and distribution strategies, and issue resolution. The role also involves leading the development of the annual marketing plan, setting and managing P&L targets, leading new product development (NPD) and imports, and supporting the development of the annual marketing budget and quarterly business reviews. The Category Manager will also oversee one direct report.
