About The Position

This takes hard work and innovation, and we need more like-minded people on our team. We’re looking for a Category Manager, Partnerships and Procurement Operations to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Electric Vehicle Charging, Telematics and Connected Vehicle, and Remarketing categories within the US and Canada. You will develop and execute strategic plans to achieve vendor performance targets, supply chain operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction expectations with suppliers. The position collaborates with cross-functional teams, supports supplier performance goals, and helps develop initiatives in support of the vendor network strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Min of 3 years of EV related experience
  • Supplier performance management and problem-solving
  • Willingness to travel, including some overnight stays (5-15%)

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred experience with EV charging providers or OEMs, fleet electrification programs or telematics and connected vehicle integrations
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their goals
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present ideas internally and externally at all levels of the organization
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions including demonstrated experience with running reports/extracting data, interpreting data and identifying issues
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-focused mindset and a strong business acumen
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
