Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or related field, or 5 years of relevant experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics, materials, or services procurement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including track-changes and redlining documents
- Strong contract negotiation and analytical abilities
- Understanding of business law, commercial terms, and contract language
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Professional supply chain certification (C.P.M., C.P.S.M., etc.)
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies
- Advanced project management capabilities
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build credibility with stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end contract management for multimillion-dollar agreements, including drafting, redlining, and negotiation
- Develop negotiation strategies to optimize commercial outcomes and protect company interests
- Collaborate with legal teams and senior management to resolve contract claims and disputes
- Conduct market and financial analysis to assess risk, optimize pricing, and identify new supplier opportunities
- Manage the entire supply chain process, from defining needs to contract administration and investment recovery
- Serve as the primary liaison for suppliers within your assigned category, driving continuous improvement and productivity
- Support complex capital and technology projects by developing contracting strategies and managing contract performance
- Develop and maintain professional supplier relationships based on high ethical standards
- Remain physically present in-office three days per week to foster collaboration with clients, suppliers, and coworkers
