Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or related field, or 5 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics, materials, or services procurement
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including track-changes and redlining documents
  • Strong contract negotiation and analytical abilities
  • Understanding of business law, commercial terms, and contract language
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Professional supply chain certification (C.P.M., C.P.S.M., etc.)
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies
  • Advanced project management capabilities
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build credibility with stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end contract management for multimillion-dollar agreements, including drafting, redlining, and negotiation
  • Develop negotiation strategies to optimize commercial outcomes and protect company interests
  • Collaborate with legal teams and senior management to resolve contract claims and disputes
  • Conduct market and financial analysis to assess risk, optimize pricing, and identify new supplier opportunities
  • Manage the entire supply chain process, from defining needs to contract administration and investment recovery
  • Serve as the primary liaison for suppliers within your assigned category, driving continuous improvement and productivity
  • Support complex capital and technology projects by developing contracting strategies and managing contract performance
  • Develop and maintain professional supplier relationships based on high ethical standards
  • Remain physically present in-office three days per week to foster collaboration with clients, suppliers, and coworkers
