About The Position

This internship is designed for individuals pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other business-related fields. The role involves working within a collaborative team, applying fundamental research methodologies to answer key business questions. The intern will focus on a crucial business project, translating research insights and data into actionable stories. Empathy for the shopper and understanding their daily lives will be a key aspect of this role. Locations will be determined closer to the internship start date.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other Business-related majors (other majors may be considered).
  • Graduate with degree within one (1) year of internship completion.
  • Graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
  • Must have the indefinite right to work in the United States.
  • Strong collaborative, analytical, and data management and mining skills.
  • Exemplary communication, analytical thinking, and leadership skills.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Proven leadership capabilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior knowledge and/or experience with a consumer-packaged goods corporation is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Strategy, Category Managers, Brand Insights, and Marketing teams to understand key objectives.
  • Address key business issues or strategic opportunities with a shopper-focused approach.
  • Synthesize data and insights from multiple sources.
  • Work with research vendors to create surveys, conduct field research, and analyze results.
