About The Position

Bucherer USA is looking for a Category Management Associate - Watches. This position supports merchandising operations across retail stores and e-commerce channels, supporting product launches, online content management, and effective communication between cross-functional teams and stores. This role partners closely with Merchandising, Marketing, CRM, and retail teams to support product presentation, training materials, sales initiatives, and business reporting. This position also assists with buying activities, brand coordination, and analysis to enhance customer experience and overall business performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years merchandise management experience, preferably for a luxury watch or jewelry brand
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills; experience in conducting market research and analyzing sales data
  • Knowledge of order processing systems and CRM software
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a related field is preferred
  • Luxury retail experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with international business operations is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Manage merchandise support for retail stores and e-commerce operations.
  • Support product attribution, launches, and order management processes.
  • Conduct weekly website audits to ensure content accuracy, complete product assortment visibility, and timely image updates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain online product content and imagery.
  • Analyze website to assess merchandising strategies, customer experience, and product presentation.
  • Provide recommendations to merchandising and marketing teams to enhance product visibility and digital presentation.
  • Update launch and core product materials to support marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Create and maintain training materials for retail teams.
  • Assist in maintaining retail floor plans and window display plans.
  • Coordinate communication and information flow between merchandising teams and stores.
  • Generate reports and business analyses to support buying teams and store management.
  • Support buying activities for selected brands, acting as a liaison between brand representatives and stores, including order placement, invoice tracking, and customer service support.
  • Prepare data and presentations for business reviews, meetings, and special events.
  • Manage communications related to sales initiatives and maintain records of active and past programs.
  • Recommend product assortments for marketing campaigns.
  • Gather and refine client profiles for product interest tracking.
  • Create and maintain shared documents and organizational resources.
  • Partner with the CRM team to execute Salesforce campaigns aligned with merchandising objectives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall business operations and objectives.
