About The Position
The Category Leader-MRO & Capital Equipment will be responsible for procurement, sourcing, and supply chain management with a focus on MRO purchasing and category management. This role involves leading complex supplier negotiations, managing commercial contracts, and developing/executing RFx processes and supplier selection strategies. A strong understanding of contract terms, commercial risk, and procurement practices is essential.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Operations, or a related field.
- 10+ years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience.
- 5+ years focused on MRO purchasing and category management.
- Proven track record leading complex supplier negotiations and managing commercial contracts.
- Experience developing and executing RFx processes and supplier selection strategies.
- Strong understanding of contract terms, commercial risk, and domestic/international procurement practices.
- Experience with supplier management and contract management systems.
