WHAT YOU’LL DO As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you’ll ensure our customers always have the products they need — when they need them. You’ll take ownership of a diverse product portfolio and play a critical role in keeping our distribution centres running smoothly.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Supply Chain Planning or Category Buying
  • Experience in the food & beverage industry
  • Strong understanding of inventory management
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Experience with ERP systems and forecasting tools
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Proven ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and stay calm under pressure
  • Experience managing large product portfolios

Responsibilities

  • Forecast & Replenish a wide range of food and beverage items to maintain continuous supply across our DC network.
  • Optimize Inventory by achieving targets for inventory levels, turns, and fill rates.
  • Manage Vendor Relationships through timely purchase orders and proactive communication with suppliers and carriers.
  • Support Market Growth by maintaining accurate cost and pricing profiles.
  • Share Market Insights with Sales and Category Management to help guide customer conversations and business decisions.
  • Lead Seasonal & Promo Planning to ensure we’re ready for peak demand.
  • Protect Product Quality by managing shelf life, capacity, and obsolete inventory.
  • Analyze KPIs to drive smarter decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate Cross‑Functionally with Sales and Category Management to execute product strategies and support profitable case volume.
  • Champion Safety & Quality by following all Health & Safety, Food Safety, WHMIS, and QA practices.
