About The Position

The Catalyst Internship is a 90-day paid sales experience designed to provide participants with an opportunity to work alongside real-world professionals and build the foundation for a future in tech sales. Interns will gain hands-on experience, personalized mentorship, and exposure to real client interactions. The program involves making calls, facing objections, and being challenged to grow in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Top performers may earn a full-time Sales Associate role at CSpring with a base salary plus commission, uncapped earning potential ($60-80K first year, $100K+ second year), and a clear path to promotion. CSpring can coordinate with universities to provide academic credit in lieu of pay if required.
