Grand Design is currently seeking a qualified team member to join the Catalogue Support team. As a Grand Design team member in this role, you will support the Catalogue Manager by accurately and efficiently maintaining the parts catalogue with photos and corresponding part numbers. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Data input
• Photo software, Adobe
• Adobe Acrobat DC
• Microsoft Excel
• Photoshop

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience a plus
• Data base management software (NetSuite) a plus

Responsibilities

• Setup new part numbers as directed by Catalogue Manager
• Setup, input, and maintain all floorplans
• Track all new/existing parts for prints, pictures, and hyperlinks as needed
• Attain pictures of parts and part usage at the plant
• Provide catalog support as directed by Catalogue Manager
• Track all PCN/BOM/MRP changes
• Perpetually input data from PCN's/BOM's/MRP/s into catalogue
• Input parts of parts into appropriate catalogues
• Verify that parts being entered are being used for product shown
• Assist with plant inventory
