About The Position

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Catalog Management Specialist position! This is a 6+ month contract opportunity with potential to convert and will be hybrid in Charlotte, NC (onsite Tues-Thurs). This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C.

Requirements

Financial or trend analysis experience to support data-driven decision making
Proven supplier and customer interaction experience in a professional setting
Purchasing or procurement experience with understanding of supply chain processes
Experience managing product master data, catalog data, or item master data in a business environment
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite for data analysis and reporting
Analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate across multiple stakeholders

Distribution or foodservice industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

Set up and maintain manufacturer catalogs and items in compliance with master data standards
Link distributor data with manufacturer catalog information to maximize data association accuracy
Conduct root-cause analysis of recurring data issues and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders
Maintain item category and subcategory structure to support accurate revenue tracking
Identify and correct duplicate or inaccurate manufacturer catalog data to ensure data integrity
Present findings and recommendations to management through formal and informal communication channels
Generate and maintain reports to analyze workloads and track data quality metrics
Resolve customer challenges, ad-hoc requests, and concerns in a timely manner
Formulate new methodologies to drive operational efficiencies and increase item data capture rates
Collaborate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure ethical and professional data management
