Requirements
- NYS radiographer's license
- Registration with American Registry of Radiologic Technology
- Knowledge and working experience in Computerized Axid Tomography & MRI required.
- BLS required
Responsibilities
- Performs a variety of CAT scan and MRI procedures that will require independent judgment, with ingenuity and initiative.
- The technologist will produce and evaluate CT/MRI images for technical quality, properly identifies images and patient and effectively uses judgment for protocols and procedures.
- Adheres to St. Francis Hospital and departmental policies and procedures and JCAHO/ regulatory agency requirements. Demonstrates and promotes service excellence at all times.
- NYS radiographer's license, registration with American Registry of Radiologic Technology, knowledge and working experience in computerized axid tomography required.
