About The Position

Evaluates the risk for incoming claims. Reviews coverage, sets initial reserves, and facilitates the need for outside field investigation. Manages litigation with a protocol. Sets budgets for claims and outside field spend. Controls all forms of claims costs. Prepares final reports to clients and assists in quarterly, or annual client-specific audits.
