We are on the lookout for a Casualty Claims Director – Field Services who will be responsible for overseeing the company’s national field-adjusting operation for casualty claims, including Auto Liability, Homeowners Liability, and General Liability. This role provides strategic direction, operational oversight, and technical leadership to ensure consistent, high-quality claims handling across a nationwide footprint. The Director will be accountable for claim outcomes, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, staff development, and alignment with organizational risk and customer-service objectives. This role focuses on direct oversight of internal field claims operations with significant client interaction. To be successful in this role, you must have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and extensive knowledge of insurance claims processes and regulations. The ideal candidate will have the appropriate experience and demeanor to work independently in reviewing claims, meeting with clients, and analyzing performance data. You must be proactive and take initiative as this a full-time, home-based role.
