Casual Instructor - Teach Kids Coding and Creativity
About The Position
Code Camp is seeking enthusiastic casual instructors to teach children aged 5-12 during the winter school holidays and ongoingly throughout the year. The role involves teaching programs in coding, Minecraft, Roblox, animation, and craft. You will be provided with a structured lesson plan to deliver to small classes, helping children create their own games, animations, designs, or creative projects. Camps run for 2-3 consecutive weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm. Paid training is provided, along with support from an on-site qualified teacher and an online tech team. Staff are required to supply their own laptop and HDMI adapter. Ongoing casual work is available in After School Programs and future holiday camps.
Requirements
- Experience or knowledge in coding, game building, animation, video editing, design, AI, music production, or STEM.
- Prior experience working with young kids (aged 5-12) is highly desirable.
- Mature outlook, common sense, and the ability to be proactive.
- Fluent conversational English.
- Valid Employee Working With Children Check.
- Must supply own laptop and HDMI adapter.

Responsibilities
