Join the Corporate Claims department as an OS&D Clerk – Level I. The Casual Check In/Check Out Clerk position involves checking in Driver bills and delivery receipts, scan and enter the details into the database.

Requirements

No experience required.
Demonstrated ability to work with challenging or difficult customer situations and resolve issues successfully.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Strong PC proficiency and experience using MS Office products.
Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to organize multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
H.S. diploma or GED/equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

AS400 experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Obtain required bills and delivery receipts from Drivers.
Enter information from the bills and delivery receipts into the database.
Report any over, short or damaged notations on the bills or delivery receipts to the Operations Dept.
Work closely with Drivers, Dispatch and Operations.
Use information to answer questions and problems as they arise.
General office duties and other duties as assigned.
