About The Position

Lead the casting process for all music videos that require on-screen talent, including principal performers, background artists, and dancers. Work with the Director and Producer on each video to understand the creative brief and identify the right talent profile for each production. Source, outreach, and manage submissions from talent agencies, casting platforms, and independent talent pools. Organize and run casting sessions, callbacks, and self-tape reviews in coordination with the production schedule. Present shortlisted candidates to the Director and Producer with supporting materials for final selection. Negotiate rates and terms with talent or their representatives within the parameters set by the Producer. Ensure all cast members have completed the necessary agreements, releases, and paperwork before their shoot day. Maintain a master casting tracker across all 10 productions to keep talent confirmations, contracts, and shoot dates organized. Serve as the primary point of contact for talent from casting through wrap, ensuring a smooth and professional experience on set.

Requirements

• Experience in leading casting processes for music videos

• Experience sourcing, outreaching, and managing talent submissions
• Proficiency in organizing and running casting sessions, callbacks, and self-tape reviews
• Skill in presenting shortlisted candidates with supporting materials
