About The Position

Cast & Crew members provide guests with exceptional service at the Slidell location. This role involves greeting guests, serving concessions, stocking stations, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the theater. For Alabama applicants aged 21 and over, this role also includes responsibilities related to alcohol service, including verifying legal drinking age and maintaining bar stock.

Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older.
Prior work experience is helpful but not required.
Be friendly and outgoing.
Ability to listen and follow directions.
Flexibility with scheduling – able to work holidays, nights, and weekends.
Great can-do attitude and willingness to work.
Ability to work in and collaborate with a team.
Dependable with attendance.

Nice To Haves

Alabama applicants 21+: current Alabama RVP license preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet guests with eye contact, a friendly smile, and a personable voice.
Welcome large groups of guests with a positive attitude.
Serve guests at concession, handling food and following safety and sanitation procedures.
Stock, check, and restock all condiment, grab and go’s, and concession stations.
Clean auditoriums, concession areas, arcades, and restrooms.
Remove trash, sweep, mop, and wipe counters, tables, walls, and rails in a fast-paced manner.
For Alabama applicants 21+: Possess full knowledge of and adhere to Santikos’ Alcohol Service Policy and procedures.
For Alabama applicants 21+: Verify guests are of legal drinking age to order alcoholic beverages.
For Alabama applicants 21+: Accurately take and prepare guest orders.
For Alabama applicants 21+: Maintain adequate stock levels in the bar area.
