About The Position

Cast & Crew members provide guests with exceptional service at the Cibolo location. This role involves greeting guests, serving concessions, stocking stations, and maintaining cleanliness of the theater. For Alabama applicants aged 21+, this role also includes alcohol service responsibilities.

Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older.
Ability to listen and follow directions.
Flexibility with scheduling – able to work holidays, nights, and weekends.
Great can-do attitude and willingness to work.
Ability to work in and collaborate with a team.
Dependable with attendance.
For Alabama applicants 21+: current Alabama RVP license preferred.

Nice To Haves

Prior work experience is helpful but not required.
Be friendly and outgoing.

Responsibilities

Greet guests with eye contact, a friendly smile, and a personable voice.
Welcome large groups of guests with a positive attitude.
Serve guests at concession, handling food and following safety and sanitation procedures.
Stock, check, and restock all condiment, grab and go’s, and concession stations.
Clean auditoriums, concession areas, arcades, and restrooms.
Remove trash, sweep, mop, wipe counters, tables, walls, and rails in a fast-paced manner.
For Alabama applicants 21+: Possess full knowledge of and adhere to Santikos’ Alcohol Service Policy and procedures.
For Alabama applicants 21+: Verify guests are of legal drinking age to order alcoholic beverages.
For Alabama applicants 21+: Accurately take and prepare guest orders.
For Alabama applicants 21+: Maintain adequate stock levels in the bar area.
