About The Position

Santikos is looking for Cast & Crew members to provide our guests with exceptional service at our Northwest location. This role involves greeting guests, serving concessions, stocking stations, cleaning various areas of the theater, and for Alabama applicants 21+, serving alcohol according to policy.

Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older
Be friendly and outgoing
Ability to listen and follow directions
Flexibility with scheduling – able to work holidays, nights, and weekends
Great can-do attitude and willingness to work
Ability to work in and collaborate with a team
Dependable with attendance – your team and our guests need you!
Prior work experience is helpful but not required
current Alabama RVP license preferred (Alabama applicants 21+)

Responsibilities

Greet guests with eye contact, friendly smile, and personable voice.
Welcome large groups of guests with a positive attitude.
Serve guests at concession, handling food – following safety and sanitation procedures.
Stock, check, and restock all condiment, grab and go’s and concession stations.
Clean auditoriums, concession areas, arcades, and restrooms.
Remove trash, sweep, mop, wipe counters, tables, walls, and rails, in a fast-paced manner.
Possess full knowledge of and adhere to Santikos’ Alcohol Service Policy and procedures (Alabama applicants 21+).
Verify guests are of legal drinking age to order alcoholic beverages (Alabama applicants 21+).
Accurately take and prepare guest orders (Alabama applicants 21+).
Maintain adequate stock levels in the bar area (Alabama applicants 21+).
