About The Position

Santikos is looking for Cast & Crew members to provide our guests with exceptional service at our Anderson location. This role involves greeting guests, serving concessions, stocking stations, cleaning various areas of the theater, and for Alabama applicants 21+, serving alcohol according to policy.

Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests with eye contact, a friendly smile, and a personable voice.
- Welcoming large groups of guests with a positive attitude.
- Serving guests at concession, handling food while following safety and sanitation procedures.
- Stocking, checking, and restocking condiment, grab and go, and concession stations.
- Cleaning auditoriums, concession areas, arcades, and restrooms.
- Removing trash, sweeping, mopping, and wiping counters, tables, walls, and rails in a fast-paced manner.
- For Alabama applicants 21+: Possessing full knowledge of and adhering to Santikos’ Alcohol Service Policy and procedures, verifying guests' legal drinking age, accurately taking and preparing guest orders, and maintaining adequate stock levels in the bar area.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Prior work experience is helpful but not required
• Alabama applicants 21+: current Alabama RVP license preferred
• Be friendly and outgoing
• Ability to listen and follow directions
• Flexibility with scheduling – able to work holidays, nights, and weekends
• Great can-do attitude and willingness to work
• Ability to work in and collaborate with a team
• Dependable with attendance – your team and our guests need you!

Responsibilities

• For Alabama applicants 21+: Accurately take and prepare guest orders.
• For Alabama applicants 21+: Maintain adequate stock levels in the bar area.
