About The Position

We are seeking a Full-Time Valet Parking Manager to oversee parking operations at a casino in Farmington, NY. The ideal candidate will mostly work Wednesday through Sunday, but be available to cover other shifts during operating hours. This role involves managing a team of 8-10 attendants and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Requirements

Management or Leadership experience
Basic computer proficiency
Own reliable transportation
Demonstrated ability to make smart decisions in stressful situations
Must be at least 18 years of age
Able to drive a standard transmission vehicle to the satisfaction of management (some training is available in the right situation)
Have your own transportation (driving experience)
Have experience working in customer service
Must have a good driving record
Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers

Responsibilities

Manage Valet Parking operations for cars each day
Monitoring and management of up to 10-20 employees daily activities
Handle cash and work with parking equipment
Enforcing company policy and ensuring drivers are following laws
Working with hospital staff and supervisors
Review and maintain the daily tickets and auditing process
Reviewing cameras and assisting with the initial processing of claims
Assist fellow Management with daily administrative duties
To maintain a professional image for our client establishment
To assist any and all patrons in any way we can
To park their vehicle in a safe manner, ensuring its safety at all times
To run back to the valet station as quickly as possible, ensuring that customers will not have to wait for service
To get along well with their coworkers and enjoy their job
