About The Position

The Casino Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the execution and operational delivery of Casino Operations across all brands, ensuring game releases, compliance coordination, QA processes, and provider-related activities are completed accurately, on time, and in line with regulatory and operational standards. The role is heavily focused on execution, precision, quality control, deadline management, and operational accountability across all product-related workflows. A key focus of the role is ensuring operational consistency, maintaining high-quality standards, improving operational processes, and supporting automation and reporting initiatives across Product Operations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience within the iGaming industry in casino operations, product operations, or a related operational environment.
  • Strong understanding of casino game releases, certifications, provider workflows, QA processes, and operational controls.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage deadlines, operational priorities, and multiple concurrent workflows in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and operational discipline.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting operational improvements, reporting structures, automation initiatives, or process optimisation is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities related to game releases, certifications, provider requests, promotional setups, and operational support workflows.
  • Ensure all operational tasks are executed accurately, within deadlines, and in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain strict operational quality control across game releases, configurations, rewards, certifications, and promotional mechanics.
  • Monitor operational SLAs, escalations, delivery timelines, and outstanding tasks to ensure operational consistency and accountability.
  • Coordinate operational priorities across Product Operations, Compliance, QA, CRM, Customer Operations, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee operational QA and compliance coordination activities related to testing, certifications, audits, documentation, and release controls.
  • Ensure all operational documentation, procedures, certifications, and records are maintained accurately and remain audit-ready.
  • Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, or recurring issues and implement corrective actions where required.
  • Support implementation of process improvements, automation initiatives, reporting structures, and operational controls across Product Operations.
  • Coordinate and support Casino Coordinators, Compliance Coordination, and QA functions within Casino Operations.
  • Ensure workload distribution, task ownership, and operational coverage are aligned with business priorities and deadlines.
  • Support onboarding, operational training, and process alignment across the team.
  • Foster accountability, operational discipline, and high execution standards within the department.
  • Participate in operational and cross-functional projects as required.
  • Perform any other task or responsibility related or connected to the role.
