About The Position

Parkwest Casinos is seeking an outgoing, dynamic, and enthusiastic Casino Supervisor to join their team. This role involves assisting in leading casino floor employees, enforcing policies and procedures, and providing exemplary customer service. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of California card room operations and a passion for hospitality.

Requirements

Open availability.
Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test, criminal background and credit check.
Must be able to obtain CA gambling establishment employee permit.
Must be able to lift and carry tools, supplies, and inventory up to 100 pounds.
Must be able to sit, walk, stand, and bend at neck for 6 or more hours a day.
Position will require repetitive use of hands for the following actions; simple and power grasping, fine manipulation, pushing & pulling and reaching for entire shift.
Must be able to perform all essential duties with or without accommodation.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in management, hospitality services, business administration or other field related to gaming preferred.

Responsibilities

Keep a high profile on the gaming floor.
Ensure guests are greeted and their complaints are resolved in a timely manner.
Learn all House Rules, P&P's and collection structures.
Keep the podium balanced.
Keep an accurate shift report, time off and sick reports, overtime logs and other reports as deemed necessary.
Assist in monitoring the payouts on the tables to ensure proper amounts are being paid to customers.
Work in conjunction with department managers and the General Manager in the supervision of personnel and efficient operation of the facilities during an assigned shift.
Maintain a high standard of guest service within the Casino.
Actively promote positive customer and employee relations by walking the Casino floor and ensuring excellent customer service is provided.
