About The Position

The Casino Services Representative is responsible for the collection and count of cash boxes from the gaming floor. This role involves collecting gaming device drop boxes from HRM machines, slot machines, and table games while adhering to company policies, procedures, and regulations. The representative will accurately record counts, prepare necessary paperwork, and utilize count machines and coin rollers. They must also maintain confidentiality and assist other team members as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
• Knowledge of the ordinances, regulations, laws, policies, and procedures relating to the Finance department
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications and ability to learn count room computer applications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must obtain valid gaming license, where applicable

Nice To Haves

• Prior cash handling experience and/or gaming background preferred

Responsibilities

• Collects gaming device drop boxes from HRM machines, slot machines, table games, etc. while adhering to company’s Internal Control Policies and Procedures as well as local and state regulations
• Records accurate count of each box in count system/sheet
• Prepares and maintains proper paperwork to support and reconcile all money and vouchers counted
• Utilizes count machines and coin rollers in accordance with guidelines
• Complies with all department and company policies, procedures, internal controls, and government regulations as well as maintains confidentiality where necessary
• Assists other Team Members in moving and safeguarding the box cart
• Performs other duties as assigned
