The Casino Services Representative performs cash handling tasks in accordance with cash handling procedures, including cashing personal checks, processing cash advance transactions, cashing casino chips and gaming tickets, issuing and redeeming markers, and providing funds for jackpot payouts. This role also involves maintaining and issuing reel reward coupons, actively promoting Caesars Rewards products and services, and assisting guests with inquiries and concerns. The representative is responsible for learning and maintaining knowledge of Title 31 programs (BSA, AML, KYC) and the Caesars Responsible Gaming program. Additionally, they assist guests with sports betting wagers outside of normal operating hours, maintain guest information, and ensure accountability of funds and records. The position requires maintaining the cleanliness and stock of the work area and adhering to attendance and policy guidelines. The representative also enforces Project 21 policies by monitoring for underage gamblers and suggesting players for various Caesars Rewards programs and products. Other duties may be assigned.
