Requirements
- High School Diploma required.
- Customer service skills to deal with varied customer base.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions while providing optimum guest service.
- Gaming B license
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must have a California I.D., a Social Security Card, and a Birth Certificate.
Nice To Haves
- Customer Service / Reception experience desirable.
Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming phone calls by third ring in a pleasant, professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding gaming, bussing, etc. Provide directions to prospective employees regarding testing and interviews.
- Advise supervisor of needed supplies, applications, lists, etc.
- Assist in covering open shifts during vacancies.
- Maintain a professional, well-groomed image at all times.
- Maintain a clean and neat work station, light housekeeping.
- Recording and reporting any suspicious activity as defined by the Bank Secrecy Act (Title 31) and Feather falls Casino Internal control policy Suspicious Activity Compliance Program.
