About The Position

Supports the Players Club representatives, schedules associates based on business demand, provides assistance, and sets the standard for performance and customer service to all internal and external guests.

Requirements

  • General computer application proficiency
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
  • Makes well-informed decisions, even when data are limited or solutions produce unpleasant consequences perceive the impact and possible effects of decisions.
  • Ability to writes in a clear and organized manner for the intended audience.
  • One (1) year prior experience in Marketing/Advertising

Responsibilities

  • Provide direction and feedback to representatives.
  • Respond to guest, employee, and management concerns and resolve issues within company policies.
  • Oversee the work of the team to ensure standards are met, train team members, and conduct performance management with staff.
  • Maintain knowledge of company and departmental procedures including MICS/TICS, and Title 31 to communicate accurate information to guests and other team members/departments.
  • Complete required reports.
  • Maintain records to document/verify department activities.
  • Monitor inventory control of general office/rewards club supplies.
  • Help implement events and promotions.
  • Attend training and workshops to develop marketing skills.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
