The Casino Marketing & Events Associate is an early career opportunity designed for individuals interested in building a career in marketing within the hospitality and entertainment industry. This role provides hands on experience supporting casino promotions, tournaments, events, and guest engagement initiatives that drive casino demand and enhance the overall guest experience. Working under the direction of the Manager of Demand & Loyalty, the Associate plays a key role in bringing marketing campaigns to life. The position supports the planning and execution of promotional programs, assists with casino events and entertainment activations, and collaborates with multiple departments to ensure marketing initiatives are organized, communicated clearly, and executed successfully on property. This role offers exposure to several dimensions of casino marketing including promotions strategy, guest engagement, event execution, marketing communications, and operational coordination. It is designed to help develop foundational skills in marketing operations, hospitality management, and cross functional collaboration within a fast-paced casino environment.
