About The Position

A Casino Host acts as a primary point of contact for the casino's most valuable guests. Their main goal is to build genuine relationships and ensure these guests have a great experience every time they visit. The role involves being visible on the casino floor, greeting guests, and ensuring their needs are met. The Casino Host will also manage complimentary offers for guests based on their play history and handle any disputes or complaints that arise, always striving for a positive outcome.

Requirements

• Experience delivering exhilarating gaming across electronic games, table games, and poker rooms.
• Experience delivering legendary live entertainment from national and local acts.
• Experience in diverse restaurants, from casual to upscale dining.
• Mastery of guest service and table-side magic.
• Experience helping guests unwind in luxurious hotel accommodations and world-class amenities like pools, cabanas, and golf courses.
