The casino floor customer service attendant is responsible for various service areas of the Operations department. This role actively supports the company culture of creating a fun and entertaining experience for internal and external guests. The attendant is responsible for the morale and direction of all front-line associates. They routinely inspect all supported equipment, identifying potential problems and repairing them if possible. Additionally, they provide racing programs and clear bill and ticket jams in self-bet machines in the VLT building and hotel.
