Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in a criminal justice, accounting or gaming related field; or Two years of experience performing gaming assignments related to slot machines, gaming software, surveillance or sports wagering; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions.
• Completion of a Personal History Questionnaire with a thorough background investigation, including drug screening and the subsequent review and approval by the Board.

• If claiming education, must attach a copy of college transcripts.

• Two years of experience in incident report writing

Responsibilities

• Monitor licensed gaming operations for compliance with laws, rules, procedures, and internal controls to ensure the integrity of legalized gaming.
• Observe activity of staff and patrons to verify compliance with rules, procedures, controls, and other requirements.
• Work with electronic and manual recording and information systems as well as casino gaming devices including slot machines.
• Review recordings, reports, and other documentation to identify issues that may require further action.
• Write incident reports to communicate findings, potential violations, and recommendations for next steps when appropriate.
• Respond to questions and help patrons with self-exclusion process as needed.
• Refer or recommend administrative, legal, or criminal actions to the appropriate offices or authorities.

Benefits

• Selected candidates who are new to employment with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $56,541.00 (before taxes).
