About The Position

Join our dynamic team as a Casino Cashier Supervisor, where you'll be at the heart of our operations, overseeing every exhilarating moment in our bustling Casino Cashier area. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for ensuring smooth transactions and compliance, this is the role for you! This role involves supervising all activities, transactions, and regulatory requirements associated with Casino Cashier Operations, Casino Cashiers, and Nation-related matters. You will be proactively involved and consistently available to administer oversight and verification of all front window and bank transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to all asset protection and Internal Control procedures. The role also requires demonstrating exemplary guest service skills and assisting guests with questions, transactions, and problem-solving. Ensuring that team members are properly trained and consistently developed in Casino Cashier Operations procedures is crucial. You will demonstrate an understanding of currency transactions and suspicious activity reporting in order to maintain compliance with property and federal guidelines. Additionally, you will participate in the credit verification process by obtaining all required credit reports, in the absence of a Credit Department Representative, and be thorough and accurate when verifying, processing, and maintaining guest account information, credit files, reports, check-cashing, and approvals for new or changed credit accounts.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma.
  • Previous supervisory experience.
  • Previous Casino Cashier experience
  • Possess outstanding guest service skills.
  • Previous money-handling experience and basic math skills.
  • Ability to organize/prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment and accommodate a flexible work schedule
  • Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 21 - 30 pounds.

  • A college degree or some level of secondary education is preferred.
