About The Position

This is a part-time position at the Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino. The role involves counting, reconciling, and reporting on table drop boxes, preparing and distributing daily reports such as the Master Gaming Report and Comparison Report, and verifying/preparing cage, slot, and hotel bank deposits. The clerk will also count and reconcile slot machine bill drops, collect and reconcile slot jackpots and hoppers, audit table rating cards daily, and perform the daily reimbursement of cash funds to the casino cage. The position requires adherence to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols, and maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor. It also involves direct guest interaction, ensuring a positive experience, and performing other reasonable job duties as requested. Physical requirements include moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing less than 20 pounds without assistance, and standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • No related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience.
  • None (License or Certification)

Responsibilities

  • Count, reconcile, and report the table’s drop boxes.
  • Prepare and distribute reports (e.g., Master Gaming Report, Comparison Report) on a daily basis.
  • Verify and prepare cage, slot, and hotel bank deposit.
  • Count and reconcile slot machine bill drop.
  • Collect and reconcile slot jackpots and hoppers.
  • Audit table rating cards daily.
  • Perform the daily reimbursement of cash funds to the casino cage.
  • Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
  • Complete safety training and certifications.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Protect company assets.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
  • Anticipate and address guests’ service needs.
  • Assist individuals with disabilities.
