About The Position

Boyd Gaming Corporation is a premier casino entertainment company in the United States. This role focuses on customer retention and loyalty through various communication methods, recruiting new members for the Players' Club, increasing rated play, and attending to guest needs on the casino floor. The Casino Ambassador will assist guests with questions and requests, promote Players' Club benefits and events, and help with player development efforts.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• One to two years experience in customer service.
• Must have excellent oral and written skills and exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must be flexible in work schedule.
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation, e-mail, and player tracking systems.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.

Responsibilities

• Encourage customer retention and loyalty through direct contact, direct mail, telemarketing, and written correspondence.
• Recruit new memberships for the Players' Club.
• Increase rated play.
• Attend to guests' needs.
• Circulate on the casino floor assisting guests with questions and requests.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote Players’ Club benefits and events.
• Recruit new customers and enhance current customer relationships through various methods such as direct mail, telemarketing, and written correspondence.
• Instruct customers on the Players’ Club point system, awarding prizes and proper use of the club card.
• Assist Casino and Slot Hosts with Player development efforts and events.
