About The Position

Coastal Credit Union Music Park is looking for fun, energetic and music-lovin' Parking Cashiers to fill this season's job openings. This role involves greeting guests and assisting with any questions they may have about the venue. Responsibilities include communicating daily specials on Premier and Guaranteed parking, assisting the Ancillary Manager with setting up and breaking down signage and tents, partnering with the Parking and Operations Manager on day-of-show pricing, ensuring Parkhub pricing is accurate and the device is connected to WiFi, scanning parking passes, completing appropriate transactions, observing and noting what is working/not working each show, returning all equipment to the Ancillary Manager at the end of the night, and recapping any concerns with the core leadership team.

Requirements

• Outgoing, energetic personality with the confidence to proactively engage guests and promote premium parking options
• Strong ability to enthusiastically encourage upgrades and maximize ancillary revenue through effective, guest‑friendly upselling
• Position requires constant walking, standing and occasional sitting in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions; lifting/carrying 25+ pounds
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must pass pre-employment background check
• Must be highly motivated and able to work independently
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Acute sense of judgement, tact and diplomacy
• Ability to work weekdays, weekends and holidays, including late evenings

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma/GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests and assist in answering any questions they may have about the venue
