About The Position
Villa Restaurant Group is looking for Quick Service Cashiers to join their team. They are seeking individuals who are friendly, outgoing, and passionate about providing excellent customer service. Villa Restaurant Group operates a variety of restaurant concepts including Villa Italian Kitchen, South Philly Cheesesteaks and Fries, Green Leaf's and Bananas, Mo' Burger, and others, as well as full-service restaurants like Piattino and Office Tavern Grill. They are a multi-brand, multi-concept global restaurant group with both corporate and franchise operations.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a cashier in a quick-service restaurant
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and cash-handling experience
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately and efficiently
- Take and process customer orders quickly and correctly
