About The Position
Team Members at Earth Fare ensure that customers' visits to our store are fulfilling, with all their questions answered and shopping needs met. The goal is for each customer to leave with a sense of community, knowing that we are excited to see them again soon. Earth Fare’s mission is helping people live healthy lives. Team Members guide customers to select not only healthy food they can trust, but also products for wellbeing and the household that are held to the same high standards as all the food on our shelves.
Requirements
- Customer service experience or Previous cash handling experience preferred
- Must have weekend, morning, & evening availability.
Responsibilities
- Manages the flow of customers by providing quick, efficient, accurate transactions and a welcoming atmosphere
- Collaborates with other team members and managers across departments to ensure that customers receive the answers and service that will keep them coming back.
- Maintains a clean and attractive front-end environment including their station as well as the surrounding merchandising and service areas.
