About The Position

The Cashier/Sales Associate supports daily execution of the company’s Mission Statement by providing first-class service to internal and external customers. The role includes welcoming customers, selling products, thanking customers, and creating a positive shopping experience in a well-maintained and friendly environment. Associates may work on the sales floor or in a support environment and may prepare specialty coffees. The position requires proper food safety and handling in accordance with Arkansas health department standards. This part-time role offers the opportunity to earn full-time employment. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour. Saturday and Sunday availability is required; schedules consist of four- to eight-hour shifts, with hours varying and holidays required.

Requirements

Demonstrated selling experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented retail setting.
Ability to work various shifts in a 7-day, year-round team environment.
Ability to pass the Federal Criminal History Record Check and Paradies Lagardère Background Check.
Availability on Saturdays and Sundays; holidays are required.
Ability to perform computer work, lift up to 40 pounds, stand for extended periods, climb, and bend.

Nice To Haves

Completed high school education or equivalent.
One year of customer service experience.
