About The Position

As a Cashier, you will operate a cash register to accurately ring up grocery orders and process multiple forms of payment. You will provide customers with a friendly, efficient checkout experience while interacting with a high volume of customers in a fast-paced environment. As a representative of the company, you may ring up orders, solve problems, or bag groceries, helping customers meet their grocery shopping needs and leaving a positive impression.

The role also includes assisting with facing candy, magazines, and non-food items, and keeping the checkout area clean and tidy, including the conveyor belt. Other duties may be assigned.
