About The Position

Happy Daz in Lima is hiring Crew Members and Cashiers to run the register, cook great food, or both. No experience is necessary, as training will be provided from day one. Requirements

• Comfortable multitasking between the register and the kitchen
• Basic math and computer/POS skills

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile, ring up orders accurately, and handle cash and card payments at the register
• Prepare and cook food to order, following recipes and specifications
• Learn the food and beverage menu to answer guest questions
• Set up, break down, and maintain a clean, organized prep and cook area
• Operate, clean, sanitize, and maintain kitchen equipment
• Keep the dining room clean, stocked, and guest-ready
• Follow food safety and sanitation protocols throughout the restaurant
