About The Position
Welcome to HipBurger. At HipBurger, we don't just serve food-we serve moments. Whether it's someone's first burger or their 50th, we make sure they feel hyped, heard, and happy. Our Cashiers are the face of the brand-the first smile, the last "have a great day," and everything in between. As a Cashier, you're the one making guests feel welcome, keeping orders moving fast, and delivering that signature HipBurger friendliness. You'll take orders, answer questions, handle the register, and make sure every guest leaves with a smile and a crave-worthy meal.
Requirements
- A big smile and positive energy (even before coffee)
- Great communication and people skills
- Ability to stay cool under pressure
- Attention to detail and strong multitasking skills
- Punctuality and reliability-your team counts on you
- Experience in customer service is awesome, but not required
- Must be 16+ (depending on local laws)
Responsibilities
- Greet guests like they're longtime friends
- Take orders with speed, accuracy, and total friendliness
- Answer questions about the menu (yes, you'll know the difference between all the sauces)
- Keep the front counter, lobby, and drink station looking clean and fresh
- Handle payments with confidence-cash, cards, and all that jazz
- Communicate with the kitchen to make sure every order is right
- Be the calm in the rush, the energy in the room, and the vibe leader on the floor
