About The Position
La Madeleine French Bakery & Café is seeking exceptional team members for our Fountains at Farah location, offering competitive pay and opportunities for advancement. This position is responsible for taking guest orders, processing, and keeping track of all cash and credit transactions via a cash register system. It provides a superior customer service experience for our guests with fair, friendly, and courteous service. The role works in collaboration with the FOH staff to uphold the company’s high standards of excellence in regard to food quality, cleanliness, and guest service.
Requirements
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ability to perform tasks with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail
- Able to remain calm in a fast-paced team environment
- Available and open to work weekends, holidays, open and close shifts
- Able to stand, walk, and occasionally lift/carry heavy items throughout shift
Nice To Haves
- Up to 1yr exp preferred but not required working in a retail or restaurant environment
