About The Position
Joella's Hot Chicken is seeking a Cashier to support its team and provide guests with Southern hospitality and cuisine. The role focuses on welcoming customers, guiding them through ordering, accurately taking drive-thru orders, processing payments, and stocking supplies. Cashiers are also expected to perform other job functions as assigned.
Requirements

- Ability to exceed guests’ expectations.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant and kitchen operations.
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period.
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and ensure the best guest experience.
- Guide guests through the ordering process.
- Take drive-thru orders using a headset and repeat orders for accuracy.
- Process customer payments.
- Stock supplies and paper goods as needed.
- Perform other job functions as assigned.
