About The Position

The Cashier provides guests with fast, friendly, and clean service at Wendy’s. The role involves maintaining inventory, operating cash registers, preparing and handling food safely, and keeping the restaurant clean and presentable. Cashiers help deliver excellent guest service and contribute to a guest-focused team environment. Starting pay is $12.80–$17.35 per hour.

Requirements

• Strong guest service skills and the ability to maintain a guest-focused culture.
• Ability to complete accurate sales transactions.
• Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prepare food.
• Ability to maintain Wendy’s processes and policies.
• Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
