Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Clear communication skills and the ability to convey information effectively.
- Strong multitasking abilities, initiative, and effective problem-solving under deadlines.
- Proficient in financial tasks and arithmetic, with the ability to handle complex information.
Nice To Haves
- experience in hotels or related fields is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Ring up food, drinks, and make sure every customer gets the right change with a dash of flair!
- Greet guests with a glowing smile, help them find their seats, and team up with hosts and servers to keep the good vibes flowing.
- Know the specials and menu inside out, keeping everything neat and looking sharp—ready to answer any question!
- Take reservations and room service orders like a pro, and handle the phones with friendly style.
- Dive into opening/closing duties, pitch in wherever needed, and always keep your look and attitude on point!
