About The Position
Team Members at Earth Fare ensure that customers have a fulfilling visit, with all their questions answered and shopping needs met. The goal is for customers to leave with a sense of community and an eagerness to return. Earth Fare's mission is to help people live healthy lives, and Team Members guide customers in selecting healthy food, as well as wellbeing and household products that meet high standards.
Requirements
- Customer service experience or Previous cash handling experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Manages the flow of customers by providing quick, efficient, accurate transactions and a welcoming atmosphere
- Collaborates with other team members and managers across departments to ensure that customers receive the answers and service that will keep them coming back.
- Maintains a clean and attractive front-end environment including their station as well as the surrounding merchandising and service areas.
