Requirements

• Previous cash handling experience
• Excellent guest service skills
• Basic math skills; ability to accurately count change and balance the bank

Responsibilities

• Maintain and balance cash drawers and reconcile discrepancies
• Package cash and roll coins to be stored in drawers or the vault
• Confirm guest discounts and answer any questions
• Generate, compile, and transmit daily sales reports
• Maintain accurate tip records for payroll use and collect server cash-outs at the end of the shift
