About The Position

The Cashier is responsible for delivering excellent guest service by preparing and serving beverages, preparing and delivering food orders, maintaining venue operations, and engaging with guests visiting our Pool Area and Food Court.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Minimum of 2 years’ bartending experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn entertainment pouring techniques
• Team-oriented with ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
• Must maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Comfortable working in loud, fast-paced, and smoke-filled environments
• Capable of bending, stooping, reaching, and handling bar equipment
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple guests simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including entertainment pouring
• Maintain store stock levels, supplies, and cleanliness
• Serve food to patrons as needed
• Process cash and POS transactions accurately and issue receipts
• Complete required checklists and adhere to company policies and attendance standards
• Provide guests with information about events, promotions, and property offerings
