Requirements

Previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented.
Basic math skills and attention to detail.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. when needed.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts based on business needs.

Responsibilities

Bag customer items carefully and follow company procedures.
Answer customer questions and provide helpful assistance.
Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and stocked.
Support the front-end team to maintain a smooth customer flow.
Communicate with supervisors when assistance or approval is needed.
Follow company standards for cash handling, safety, cleanliness, and customer service.
