This is a part-time role where you will be responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. You will also be involved in truck unloading, merchandise duties, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold the Brand Promises. Additionally, you will engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educate them on the Voice of Customer survey, and assist with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). The role also includes participating in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes, performing merchandise recovery and maintenance, and supporting shrink and safety programs. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs is expected, along with interacting positively and respectfully with others, promoting the organization's vision and values, and serving as a role model. This position may also involve cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production, and other duties as assigned.
